Fall 2012 | Jesse and Michael successfully defended Coldwell Banker in a complex 5-week jury trial in downtown Los Angeles. Jesse and Michael also represented Coldwell Banker in the subsequent appeal of that ruling, and ultimately obtained a six figure award in attorney’s fees for Coldwell Banker.
July 2017 | Jesse successfully defended Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, as well as its branch manager and agent, in a multi-week jury trial in Orange County. In that case, the plaintiff was requesting over $3 million in damages for alleged fraud/non-disclosure in the sale of residential property.
August 2017 | Jesse obtained another defense verdict for Berkshire and its agent in a lawsuit filed in Santa Barbara Superior Court, where the plaintiff was requesting over $7 million in damages for alleged breach of fiduciary duties.
April 2022 | Jesse obtained another defense verdict for Berkshire and its agent in a complex buyer/seller/broker arbitration. The arbitration concerned claims of Breach of Contract and Specific Performance, as well as Breach of Fiduciary Duty, all of which could have resulted in millions of dollars in liability to Berkshire.
